Treasurer Elect. Assists current treasurer and assumes role of treasurer beginning July 1, 2019. Busiest time: August – November.

Social Media & Newsletter Lead. Promote Minnetonka Band Program via Facebook, Twitter, and monthly newsletters. Coordinate electronic flyers posted to Peachjar. Prepare press releases.
Part of Public Relations Committee. (Time Commitment: 2 to 3 hours a month.)

Graphic Designer. Design and oversee production of newsletter, show programs, posters and brochures. Design apparel, including marching band shirt. Current graphic designer uses Adobe products. Part of Public Relations Committee. (Time Commitment: varies.)

Volunteer Coordinator. (1-2 People Needed.) Recruit volunteers for all band related activities including concerts, fundraising events, parades and competitions. We use Signup Genius. Works with every committee. (Time commitment: varies.)

Cookie Sales. Order, pick up and package cookies on your own time. Set up cookie sales table at home football games. Volunteer coordinator recruits packaging helpers and cookie sales associates. (Time commitment: 2-3 hours each in August, September & October.) Part of fundraising Committee.

Community Fundraiser Coordinator. Contact area restaurants and schedule 2-3 restaurant fundraisers per year. Set up bagging and car wash events at Cub Foods. Point person for Maynard’s Night. Part of Fundraising Committee. (Time commitment: 1 hour per month.)
